Hey Guys

I am currently in the process of replacing my stereo equipment and I have a friend who is selling his. He has (2) Kicker S10L5 subwoofers in a box with a Rockford Fosgate 750s 2 channel amp and a Rockford Fosgate 550x 4 channel amp. He wants $500 for all of it. Does this sound like a good deal or would I be better off going somewhere else? I was thinking about offering him $400 for it all.

I previosly had a Sony 1000watt amp with (2) MTX Roadthunder subwoofers (400 Max handling each). I bought this system for $200. Would the new system be a lot better than my previously system or would I barely see the difference?

Any help with this sub/amp deal would help

well the subs he has are arround 150 each new and i don't know about the amp. i'd give him 400

Serious man, that's too much. You can get a better setup, brand new, for $350.

I ended up getting the system down from $500 to $350. I equipment is in better condition than when I first saw it so I should ge good.
