I'm an Alpine man myself. Have all Alpine in my car accept the deck, it's JVC.

 

.. I Like the Alpine Type R.. because I like how they respond, and look.. Also, the logo.. sort of looks like RD .. Soooo lol.. it works for me.

 

hmmm, im leaning towards maybe the Alpine... although i never heard anything bad EVER about RF... but in the end i may just go crazy and buy a in-dash DVD player for the car....

imho, the RF one looks better,

 

when you are looking for stereo equipment you want to look closely at THD (total harmonic distortion), obviously the lower % the better---definitely anything that is 1%+ THD is shit, i would search for .01%depending on how picky you are/how much you like your sound.

 

Insted of the xlpoids go with kicker cvr series. They hit much better than any sonys.

 

ok well, the search for a new amp is over.. i bought a Rockford but not the one i showed you guys... i spent a lil more than that... and am going to get sick ass power out of my Xplods... this is the new kid on the block:
