How do i remove??? its obviously more than one piece otherwise it wouldn't rattle as much as it does.

Anybody had ANY luck (even a tiny bit) getting this to not rattle??

I can live with the vibrating, but not the rattle. Its 100x worse since i put dynamat in the hatch.

ok, but that doesn't help me much, did you happen to look at it before you put it back up???

I need to know how to take it off the windshield w/o breaking it.

You have to push it towards the window. It is pretty hard to push but it does slide. There is some sort of pressure clip inside that kind of clips it in there. hope that helps, if not I try to explain it better!

try a little silicone in there... if it is rattling on the base. Otheriwse you might need to find something to fill the insides with if it is the glass. You guys must be running some good ICE to get the mirror to rattle.
