I know there's alot of confusion about color codes of wires and reading the proprietary Hyundai codes on the schematics. This should eliminate alot of confusion. I'm typing these directly from my shop manual.

Hyundai color codes
code = color
B = Black
Br = Brown
G = Green
Gr = Grey
L = Blue
Lg = Light Green
Ll = Light Blue
O = Orange
P = Pink
Pp = Purple
R = Red
T = Tan
W = White
Y - Yellow

Harness Classification
Harness code- Harness name- Location
E- Engine Harness- Engine Compartment
M- Main, Sunroof, Airbag, and ABS, Seat Harness- Passenger Compartment
C- Control Harness- Engine Compartment -
R-Rear and Trunk lid (Tail gate) harness- Rear and Trunk lid
I-Instrument harness- Under crasah pad and Floor
D-Door harness - Door
Misc
S-Splice

If you see EM01, that means it's the connector that connects the Engine to the Main harness and the connector is labeled 01
If you see E10-1 that's Engine harness main connector 10, sub connector 1
If you see SM01, that means it's a wire that was Spliced in the Main harness, labeled 01

hyundai doesn't always use the correct color wire on the car when compared to the ETM though. have to go by pinouts on the harness to be sure.

I had been looking up the wrong wires before and didn't know there was no such thing as a lime wire.
