Thanks..you were right,another row of notches looks better and no light penetration loss,dont look AS ghetto now. tongue.gif

has anybody ever tried sanding the backside opaque to see what how it would look?

I wouldn't do that. use whiteout on the back side. it will work better. sanding will cause light to go everywhere.

more notches,much better...might as well do clock diy too...why not door landle leds too., maybe paint?? better stop (got $2000 worth of hardwood flooring staring back at me waiting to be laid) ha ha ..more pics when done.
