Default Question about carbon fiber vinyl

My question is what is the best CF vinyl to get. I went on Ebay and see that price ranges from $40+ to around $10. The DI-NOC(?) stuff seems to be the most expensive but there are some 3-D vinyls that are UV-protected, weather-resistent, and essentially have a 9-year outdoor lifespan. I contacted the sellers but get no reply.

I really do not want to spend over $20 when it looks like the $10 stuff will do. Yet I also want something that will look good and last, so I'm willing to spend more if quality means I have to pay more. Are all vinyl sheets made the same? This is for a few accent pieces inside my tib.
