yeah the buttons work. well 3 of them, i roasted the fourth one's circuit on accident. 1 turns on the system, 2 turns on neons, and 3 turns on flashing lights (not strobes but they flash with the bass)

yes mine is red
had it ...um maybe a year now? has the plasitc things you stick in the end to fit the shifter, and the screws...
i actually cut the threads off my shifter so no metal would show between the bottom of the shifter and the boot, i like the knob. it feels good, i just don't want a red shift knob anymore.
