my stock knob is falling apart. i need to get a new one, and i dont really want to spend the money on another stock one.

i would like to get a knob that will screw on, and not leave a big gap from the boot to the bottom of the knob. do those exist? i know i could fix the gap problem easily though.

and yes, i know i should have gotten in on the rside ss GB. im a poor bastard though. wink.gif

so, post up your pics people, and list how it fits.

I am currently using the RSide Advanced, it just feels soo good, and looks nice too.

I also have the Racerboy Shift Knob, but the blue color was almost purple so I figured how to take it off and painted it my anodized blue, it looked awesome but got scratched up during the break in of the car so I've got to re-do it. I like the feel of it but it doesn't screw in. I think I've got a way to solve the problem of it coming undone, and plan on repainting it and trying it out. Only thing is it sits a bit high, and I don't know if I really wanna hook all them wires up.

I may just go thru with the whole thing anyways, I don't know anyone else with it, and I really like the idea of having the buttons right there.

Sorry, I do not have a real picture of the knob in my car... I am working on that.. soon as I get my interior done (probably this fall.. but I do have this knob.. the Momo Race Air Leather.. first mod I did to my tib.. When installed over the top of the shifter.. the top of the boot JUST grazes the bottom of the knob... or you can rip out the stock boot and add a momo boot that screws into the bottom of the knob...

that is still on my list.

QUOTE (REDZMAN)
I don't know anyone else with it

Alright Zman... that's not true! and you know it! Alas, I'm having touble keeping the paint on as well. Which is why it isn't installed anymore.

For now I'm running a generic little knob that makes the short shifter look and feel even shorter.

Nice pink in the car, fag.

LOL

Phorq, I knew you had it, but I meant locally.

I've got an idea for keeping the paint on mang. That sucka was HARD to take apart the first time.

I have the B&M shortshifter, and bought the 30$ CF knob that SR used to sell. Very satisfied with it so far.

Oh yah I had 0 fitment problems, and from what I remember it screws on...I did it over a year ago and still holding strong.

I have the red one.
It is a universal fitment, with 3 small set screws on the side.
I have a b+m shifter, and the knob fits fine on there.

I have the OEM, RSide and Juntos.
Anyone looking for a red anodized Junto knob should hit me up via PM. I'll sell it for 25 plus shipping. Be warned, the anodized material starts to fade little in areas that get a lot of use, so on mine you can see where the red it faded a little.

FYI, it screws right on to OEM shifter, and has no gap between it and the boot.
