Default Passenger side lower in sound

Something I noticed last night when I got in my car to go home. The passenger side is lower in volume than the drivers side. I have to set the balance to be a more on the drivers side so it evens out. I sat in the back seat in the middle listening and kept turning the balance to the drivers side until it was balanced. This just started so any ideas what could be causing it? I have a Kenwood deck, thats running my front and rear speakers and a kicker amp running my 12" sub.

Did it only happen that once, or is it happening every time you stop/start the car again? If it's a stock Hyundai Kenwood, then that's nuff said! Those things were a world of connection issues from volume to the unit powering on/off at will.

So just to clarify you aren't running a real amp on these things? If not your deck is losing power and could possibly pop a channel very soon. Are you sure you are hearing correctly? I install these things and have heard the same before but in actual fact it was just my brain messing things up. Did you try sittig in different parts of the car?
