Finally got the time and some decent temps to work on this. Thanks for the input, it made resolving the issue very easy and parking lights are now flashing like champs with the activation and deactivation of the alarm system. Here's what/where I ended up making the connection for this feature: Green/White wire off the dimmer switch.

Can't believe I didn't think about doing it this way before hearing it here...I guess sometimes we make the easy things way tougher than they actually are. Thanks again for the help fellas!
