Default Painted Dashes

I need a quick poll....I've got a red Tib and want to painthe dash, but i don't want to paint it red. I was thinking of silver?

The only problem going with silver is that sometimes it doesn't come out exactly the way you'd expect. I've seen red ext with painted red int. It looks very kick a**. Silver would look just as good, but make sure you've tested it on another surface before using it on your dash to make sure its exactly what you want.

i want to do a silver dash also...and then take all the parts that are silver stock and make em black gloss...but i read about someone basically had their dash done like you'd do a regular car's paint job...like professional and stuff...i think thats the way to go... smile.gif

I say get a body shop, (not yours ) to do it in red, like the exterior.
If not, the silver that Dave and I use would be kewl. Silver and the blue neons along with the deck would look kewl.

I'm kinda leaning towards the silver, wnet to do different color from exterior, just like cybergregs yellow Tib. Hey, Cam ru up for some painting

Why dont you paint the dash silver, but then paint the little things such as the vents, cup holder, etc red??? I think that would look good!!!
