So streetglow's optx came out with a new sub set up, 400w amp with a 10 inch sub and wire kit for $180. Thats about all the specs they give on it though. Does anyone have any expereance with this or know any more details like the rms/peak for the sub, materials, type of box, all that important stuff that they seem to have left out?

your better to go with something more on the audio forfront. maybe like audiobahn or memphis or alpine. now it might cost you more but your going to end up spending more when that other stuff blows.

Yeah i was pretty skeptical about this too, hence the post. Im still leaning towards a volfenhag set up http://www.volfenhagaudio.com/index.html something in the 800w range, still under 200 on some froogle sites (minus a box).
