Nightshading dome light cover

Has anyone night shaded their interior dome light cover? Thinking about doing it and then getting a really bright LED bulb so it still shines through.

Why? DiodeDynamics might have some LEDs or SMDs to fit

I used smoked vinyl on all of mine and left the stock bulbs in and can still see well enough. I assume with a brighter LED, the output would still be pretty bright.

i used the night shades on the dome light and little map lights and they look really good but putting some leds in would be wise so you can still see visibly when you turn them on.
