elaborate please. I like the look of my glow gauges. If you keep them down so they're not blindingly bright, they look pretty good with a blue tibby01's glow needle mod, and as long as you get good ones.

Most gauge faces, that the entire face glows, or some LARGE section of it glows, look like crap.

Also, the usually have that nasty "Swimming pool at night with a light on" color to them, yes, you can adjust it to a slightly lighter or darker version.

Ugh.

Get the BROS gauges, or I should have some nice ones coming available soon...

BTW, Reverse Indiglow is the way to go.

 

you mean regular el faces. yes, those are junk.

reverse el ones are b****in, as are regular non-powered replacement faces with some led lovin behind. cool.gif

the replacement faces look wierd with the stock lighting. id say for ease and looks(not to mention price), reverse el faces are the way to go.

it's easy on RD1s. you can get them on ebay. just type in tiburon glow and about 300 GKs will pop up, and you're looking for the one that does not look like the others.

just a quick note though... the RD2 gauges are actually not RD2 gauges. you can tell because the indicators are slightly off. they are actually RD1 gauges.
