So....

Who makes the best neon rods? (brand)
Where is the cheapest place to buy them?

 

I've always used Street Glow, so I'm pretty partial to them. I get all their stuff from www.buyneonlights.com Pretty cheap stuff there. I heard Street Glow has the brightest out on the market. Don't know if it's true, but Street Glow themselves claims this also.

Some time ago I was doing the research and Long and Speedracer were saying Eurolite is brighter than Street glow. A little more pricy as well.
eBay has some too. do a search in there.

Don't get Liteglow!
I've had Liteglow inside my car for a year now and so far no big problems as of yet.
I've only had small problems with the neon lights inside my car, other then that the neons are not that bad.
Two of my neon lights don't like to turn on right away when I flip the switch and one of the neon lights has a problem with it's colour. When it first turns on the colour of the light is purple then after a few minute it changes to the right colour....blue.
So needless to say I going to change my lights and get Streetglow neons for the inside of my car. I just hope the neons will better be then Liteglows neons.
