i was drivin down the road the other day and my aftermarket headunit just shut off...
so i checked all my fuses that i know of(back of HU, and the one in the fusebox) checked my ground for my headunit, and checked for power with a testlight.... so it isnt any of those problems...

so i thought my headunit might have broke... so i tried hookin my stock one back up and still the same thing... no power or anything...

what do i do now... is there any other fuses... or grounds i can check?

 

i know this isnt going to help any but i had the same problem. and then one day it just turned back on for no reason. never had a problem since. i guess my tibby just fixes its self laugh.gif

 

There is a 2nd radio/alarm fuse under the hood. It's in the fuse box.

 

Yeah, check both the fuse box under the hood and right inside the door under the drivers side dash, one of them is bound to be bad.

 

ha ha... got it... that fuse was bad... now i get to re wire my HU... and now im prolly finnally installing my system that ive had laying around while everything is apart.... thanks guys
