I have a 7" screen for my dvd player inside the car but I'm not sure where to mount the screen. I do not want to mold this into my dash, when time comes that will be for a different screen.

I was thinking mounting it on the roof inbetween the sunvisors ( i have no sunroof RD 1 ) . How would I mount it there? Also a bit is holding me back because when the screen is down I can't see my rear view mirror.

Any suggestions and ideas how to mount it would be great.

I don't want it in the glove compartment or molded into the airbag tongue.gif

If you mount it between the visors you can use any of the DIY's on mounting them into headrests. It should be the same.

You could buy a mount and stick it where all the ricer boys stick their 7" tachs, like right above the 2 middle vents on top of the dash?

you can mount it where you wanted (on the roof).
Buy camera and plug it to 7" screen so you can use it instead your mirror.

I don't know what Canada's laws are, but if you mount it up there it will be visible when in use to other people on the road, as well as blocking the rear view mirror as you said. And if you were planning on watching movies while driving, even just for passengers, cops will easily see that.

I'd build a custom bracket and attach it to the pocket below your deck if you have one. There are even mounts you can get that attach to the floorpan and are height adjustable, which would let you position it wherever you wanted.
