I remember, I think it was on RD, someone had posted an ebay link to getting the heater, mode and Speed adjuster dial replacements, you know like the ones that Zorro has. Silver I think was the ebay auction, but there were others available.

No they don't, just look at 'em.

 

No, they won't fit a 2nd gen, get your AC control module out someday and look at it. They are like ironed on.

No idea how you'd get the OEM ones off.

yeah, while the rd1 ones come off VERY easily. almost to easily.
