okay, here is what he did:
LEDs behind the needles
repainted needles
added EL gauges
removed stock lighting
painted outside bezels from the stock black to a textured metal flake
reset odometer to 0
and polished the clear plastic with mcguires for better visibility.
again, i'm sorry about the pic. i tried to resize it on photobucket, and it didn't work. so if anyone can resize it for me i would appreciate it. and yes it is a gauge cluster, not sure what i was thinking. owned.gif

it's only illeagal if your title has the actual miles on it.
