I only have the two door ones done so far. I am going to get the middle ones done hopefully sometime this week. They are probably not as high quality as Blacktibs, but they turned out better than I expected.
It wasn't that hard to make. I just took a 1/4" acrylic rod and bent it around a mold I made and used two 3mm leds. Also I had to cut all the grooves with the dremel.
Here is the finished product:
Some night pictures, looks better in person:

^ Yup, the light bounces off those marks so it flows around the ring. Otherwise, you would have a circle, with to lights at the bottom. LOL

The center ones will probably be sort of tricky, as they are ovals rather than circles.
They look awesome man, give us a DIY since blacktibs is currently not making them anymore (after this last gb anyway).
You should try using some 5mm leds, I think it might look nicer.
Good job.

yes, the grooves are necessary. I forget the exact properties.. but Acrylic, plexi, and the like tend to act as "wave guides" and will just transfer light from one edge to the other with no noticible decrease in illumination at the ends, but nothing shows in the middle..
We played with this at once of the places I work at.. did you ever think to just sand the edges of the ring "raw" instead of smooth and clear?
