I've asked this before, but is there a program or interface that allows for an on-screen keyboard? Like how an iphone and itouch work.

Windows has one (Accessories->Accessibility->On Screen Keyboard) but it's kinda hard to use.
But you shouldn't normally need it, the frontend or GPS program should present an on-screen keyboard when it requires input.

You should definitely have an external keyboard for configuration or problem fixing purposes, it's much faster.

A note on audio: you MUST have amplifiers for all your speakers; or you must keep a headunit around - and plug the computer output as a line-in to the headunit (to use its internal amplifier). The onboard sound card (or any computer sound card for that matter) will not put out an amplified signal suitable for driving speakers directly.

Maybe a mod can try changing the last "/s912/" to "/s800/" in the image links? I think that should fix it for everybody. Sorry about that..
