i want to hook up my amp myself.... the only problem is i dont really know how to do it totally.... i have two 12" subs, and i want to hook them up to the amp... how do i do it....

my friend a future shop told me to hook the positive and negative from the amp to the first sub... then wire the first sub to the second sub... and then the second sub back to the amp.... would that work?

 

i think you might want to post some specs of your amp and subs... might help out in seeing what ohm load your amp can handle and what your subs can withstand.
