Default main crash pad removal

Hey hows everyone doing and happy thanks giving. So I searched hi and low for the information I been trying to look for with no clear answers. So am trying to remove the main crash pad and I got everything removed that I can get to but theirs one bolt that I cant see or even get too. Doing some research I came up on this diagram https://www.hyundaitechinfo.com/view...G/b6bd033p.gif which shows the main crash pad and according to the diagram theirs 3 bolts that hold the crash pad in place. So I popped off the speaker grills and got to those bolts but I cant seem to get to the middle bolt that seems to be by the windshield. Anyone that has done this procedure before can comment and would be much appreciated.

I've not done a tiburon before, but you probably have to pop out the windscreen vent louvers to access that bolt.

Alternatively, try accessing it by either reaching through the hole left by the radio and HVAC controls.
