I bought them off kspec.
There's xorro's tib. I remember when she posted about them and did a DIY. She removed the OEM lenses then installed these. Isn't the OEM lenses have reflecters on them? How will it look with no OEM Lenses, will they still light up the same?
What would be the best way to remove the lenses? Oven? I was thinking oven for 350 for 2 minutes.

^ You should PM 2UNIQ as he has them & he removed the stock lense covers too.
Be careful though, as I'm sure your tails won't be legal without the reflectors.

If I were you, I'd see about maybe adding a reflector to the inside of the new smoked lense cover just so nobody crashes into your parked car at night fing02.gif

Yeah.. that's not too bad of an idea.. because if it DID happen the cops might then check and leave you liable because you don't have the reflectors.. just a thought smile.gif

The spoiler and corners have enough reflection. I park on a driveway 90% of the time. If I park on the street there is always cars infront or behind me.

i thought the ones from kspec you just stuck on, with sticky stuff.
you actually have to remove stock lenses and replace w/ these? or is that just an option.
and if the lenses say kspec. or korea. on it somewhere you can pull it off as OEM, my friend did with his clear corners (which said korea on them)...and he was like...der...it's a hyundai from...KOREA. and the cop felt dumb and left.
