Well after finishing my alarm, and installing everything back my air bag light stays on in the dash and the airbag is connected.

2nd I'm not sure if this is a prob or it's just me but when my key is in and the door is open it dings, norm, i put it in acc and open the dooor no dings. I put it in on and open the door it dings. I crank and turn the car on and i open the door it dings, even with the motor running. Is that norm? Any diagnostic?

Door chime fixed.

Now no one knows anything about the air bag? IT's all connected and the light in the dash is on. I just need to fix this quick because I need to go for inspection soon.

 

Not too sure what you did to the airbag light,...

But run it through a scan tool to clear it.

 

I don't have a scan tool for the air bag.

 

Then it'll be like $40 at the dealer to clear it.

that problem is talked about 15 thousand times a month on here. if you searched for "airbag light" the internet would implode. laugh.gif

the only way to get it removed is to take it to the dealer. its like 40 dollars. if you are lucky, you might be able to get it turned off for free if you take your car in for something else.

were you able to do it by yourself? did you get everything hooked up?

 

I appologize I've just been frustrated these couple of days with this project.

The alarm works fine, but the keyless entry works but the fuse blows for the locks everytime the alarm goes off or my stereo is high. It's geting to much voltage. I think a wire must be wrong somewhere. I also have to take my dash off again because my right side of the dash doesn't light up.
