Looking at a pair of 10" subs and not sure which one to go with. JL Audio or Kicker Comps?

 

JL will give you a more clear sounding bass, where as Kicker will just give you ALOT of bass.

 

^yeah. I'd say JL to get the best all around. Unless bass is all you're interested in.

 

I have a pair of 12" kicker Comps, and they do put out ridiculous amounts of bass, I have to mess with the settings for most songs. But they do sound good none the less.

Kicker 750.1 monobloc amp
Kicker 350.4 4 Channel amp
Kicker RS 56.2 splits in the rear
Kicker SS 65.2 Splits in the front
2 x 12" Kicker CVR Subs

If you want ridiculously loud then the kicker, JL for sound quality, however using the kicker amp and kicker subs there made for each other and they DO give a very special note in my opinion.

I have JL Audio in my car. They sound great but I think I need a bigger amp. They're way underpowered.
