Default Interior Painting... Need Help Please

i want to install interior neon tubes...
what wiring do i need, and how do i install them... any help would be awsome.

The wiring that comes with them is usually long enough, if not, pick up some 12 to 16 gauge speaker wire for the rest.

Best place for power, is to crimp into the wires going into your lighter.

you have to first make sure the transformer is built into the light, not into the cig plug. if its in the plug, then you will have to use the cig plug to power it. if it isnt, then you can do what redz said.

If u us the cig lighter, ur lights will only be on when the car is turned on. Make sure u use a decent size gauge wire, i made a mistake with that and now i am paying for it...

how skinny was the wire you used? neon lights dont really need to much power, so you shouldnt need really thick wire. i would go back and make sure all your connections are nice and SECURE before swapping out the wire.
