I think the best thing to do to match your new body color is to go with the stock interior (everything black). And maybe some tones of orange as the body color.

Excuse my english

QUOTE (long @ Nov 30 2005, 02:23 PM)
I was thinking about doing a Two-Tone interior where the top half is one color and the bottom half is another but mixed with some of the top color in it.

Top half (A pillars, B pillars, C pillars, Headliner, Trunk lid liner) All one color....like white
Bottom half (Crash panel, Door panels, Rear quarter panel liners, Amp racks, seats) All another color.... like black
Bottom half w/ top color (Dash around gauges, Door panel sections, Inside the amp racks) Same as top color.

How is that much different from what you have now? You'd just need to paint the dash & door inserts black.

I reckon the tan interior would look really plush fing02.gif Like an Italian sports car but not very Euro.

Sorry these pics don't show the interior but somewhere I've seen better pics & it looks sweet.

If you go with the orange exterior, I'd go for a black or eventually a blue interior.

My choice would be to wide-body the Tib, "Subaru WR Blue Mica" or "Mazda Winning Blue" paint on the outside, CF hood, CF canards, CF front splitter, CF rear diffuser, dark rims & an all black interior with some alloy highlights. For shows you could add some blue interior lighting or something fing02.gif

tan interior's OWN, no matter the exterior color. (unless maybe if you ahd a tan exterior. lmao.gif)

I myself alway thought black and yellow interiors look nice on black cars. As black also looks best in yellow cars.

^^was a bumble-bee in a previous life.

But seriously Long, if you do your interior like the NSX posted and leave your car black the way it is, you will be happy and the ladies will leave me alone and start moving to Texas...wink1.gif

Maybe throw in some gloss black things in the interior to keep it from being ALL tan. I am a fan of SOME contrast, but not color change after color change, ...after color change.

If you use Gloss black just becareful where you place it because that will put a nasty glare on the windshield.
