it takes some fine tuning to get the RPM and speedo needle accurate.
for the rpm, with the car off, just LIGHTLY push in the needle to have it barely rest on the stop. push too hard and it won't move at all (this goes w/ the speedo also)
for the speedo, drive on a highway or something and have a buddy on the other lane set his cruise control to like 55 MPH. just try to match that speed and lightly push the needle on.
and if you havent noticed, you need to leave that plastic cover piece off.
gas gauge: wait til the gas light comes on and put the needle where you want it to be when the light DOES go on.
temperature one, just put at the bottom of the dial. that one is no problem
biggest thing: dont' push too hard

man, dont do the driving along a buddy thing. its not needed.
just turn the car on with the needle off and push it back on at zero.
also, you wont need to calibrate the needles if you dont take them off.
same goes with the rpms. take note of where they sit at idle with all accesories off. then when you reinstal, turn the car on and push the needle in at that same point. when you turn the car on, the needles should go down and just BARELY touch the little black stoppers.
