is it legal in the united states to have kmh as your speed?.... oh and greatlakestib... how do you mark the needles.... i've never actually taken a dash apart before... would it be easier to have someone else do it that has before?

Yes, the Speedo Police will hunt you down! BWAAHAHA! laugh.gif lol.gif

As for the install, follow Random's instructions:
http://www.teamsr.org/installguide/gauge_i...tall/how_to.htm

As apposed to following random instuctions! lol.gif wink.gif

I got the AOS racing reverse indiglo gauges from Speedstate. Was easy because you don't need to take the needles off to install them. Really nice blue numbers and they were MPH as the primary numbers and KPH as seconday. Also comes with a dimmer switch so you have have them as dime or bright as you want.

CDog, the BOMZ ones are in MPH, and they look GOOD man. Ask Hobgoblin, he saw mine.

The AOS ones are nice and I almost got them but they are just WAY too much.

wouldn't be that hard. 100 KM/h = 62 MPH. i would think (if you have a standard) you could tell roughly how fast you are going by the sound of the throttle....but you could just learn to not look at the big numbers and focus on the small ones...

As far as marking where you needles are I took digital pics of my dash with my car off and my car at idle so when i put the needles back on all i had to do was look at the pics to see if everything was where it should be.....I also have palm and laptop software that gives me digital gauges so verifying my needles where right was easy.
