well I dont know if anyone on here seen my old sub box wrapped in cf but i didnt like it.

i kind of made it really fast without thinkin how i would finish off my trunk so it was out of place. granted it banged really good and looked good but it stood out to much...so a couple of days ago i started again...

here is the very beginning just to give you a tease.

 

Looks like fun. Just a little tip. You may know this, but after you have your box done, put a layer of sound deadening fabric underneath the box and a layer in the box on all the FG surfaces. It should make a pretty big difference in the sound quality of your box. Something like Second Skin Over Kill should work well.

Cant wait to see how it turns out.

 

yeah i already have 3 layers of dynamat on the bottom of the trunk.

here is the old cf box. i didnt bother cleaning it up. it has a nice trim ring and plexi to go on top of the speaker.
