You really dont want 5%. When it rains, and you cant put your windows down...its REALLY hard to see anything. Im the King of doing stupid things. Id know.

Edit:When I worked at A & A Auto we carried that herculiner stuff. I dont know how good it would be at sound deadening. I just know that its not that good if we sold it at A & A lol. Keep that in mind*

mine are all tinted 20% its great! Causes no problems with driving, only time I ever have to roll them down is backing up in the dark.

I have 5% on my windows and it's never a driving factor unless it's night and I'm backing up into my yard, and thats only cause I'm paraniod about hitting the fence post lol...
