Hold Light On Instrament Pannel?
Ok, so this is probably the wrong place for this thread but I searched and found nothing. So if anyone of you gurus or people who know more than me might be able to tell me what it is and what it does please enlighten me on this subject. I was just curious about why there would be a hold light in the cluster.
For the tibs? I dont think so not in the states. But I was looking at all the interesting cluster lights.. and hold was one of them. I was wondering if it was for an rpm hold for drag racing or something
Found some thingy about elantras with hold lights, I know wat ur talkin about ive seen the light on the dash (not light up ofcourse). idk if it helps, heres a link.

maybe some european or korean models had a hill-hold feature like subarus?
Bingo that is for the korea models that have a automatic in them...

It was put there for the few countries that used diesel versions of Hyundai engines.
Uahhhh No.. the only diesel now are all the models with the makring VGT on them.. to my knowlege they have not started to export thoese models to the us yet.. they are options for the korean market because gas is so dam much here. to day i put premuim in my moms car 5.6 gallons costs 35.71 or 6.37 per gallon...now diesel is only 4.32 P/gallon and lpg is 1.20 per pound..
