alright well i've been looking for the past 2 hours everywhere i could and cant find the link, lost my bookmarks awhile back 02.gif

it was a link to a manufacturer or re-distributer for heated and cooled seats, heat elements and fans to cool i think, they had a whole variety of products for the seats, even heat and massage lol

i cant seem to decide between these two seats though if i cant find those heat/cooled ones

Innov. 3
innov. 2

the 3 is bigger then the 2, and says that it gets VERY hot, for thick seat cushions or upholstery

now... i have leather seats and there pretty thin, could these run the risk of melting?

never had aftermarket heated seats so not sure how hot is hot, dont want to buy the innov. 2 for example and get like crap for heat

and the innov. are like 40 bucks cheaper also, 160 for 2 comparing to like 240 for 2 of those innov. 3

accepting all input smile.gif

Write it up when you do this, I'm interested in seeing how hard it is.

I'm not sure what you're reading.... lmao.gif

Anyway, I would go for two. If 3 is for thick cusions, I mean, the seats in the tib aren't that thick.
I think that 3 is more for like big trucks with them living room size seats in them.

Guys, this has been discussed a lot. There was a DIY done, and a GB ran on the "heatedseatkits.com" ones about a year ago. Search for more info. Also, if you're ordering from them, mention RDTiburon, I think you'll get a discount. Or they'll tell you someting like, if you can run a GB with 20 other customers, they'll give you your set free, something of that nature.
Did you ever find anywhere that does heated AND cooled seats?

I'd go with the two just because the seats are so thin. On top of that it's a $40 difference.

You mean this one from Nov 2004?

Yeah, it's not there anymore.

It's in the Approved DIY listing, but I guess noone saved the external link locally? Too bad.

if i cant find a DIY on here and no one has a extra link ill try my hand at a DIY, itll be my first laugh.gif

and thinking about it, i guess ill go with 2, cause really, if its for thick cushions and all, i really dont want to run the chance of melting or doing something to the leather, that wouldnt be fun 02.gif
