Well, mine WAS going to my Racerboy shifter knob, but I don't know if I'm gonna use it now.

Here is mine, just the blue lights under the radio, they're blue LED tipped black toggle switches available at a ricer shop near you!
I also used a button style switch mounted in the topmost blank button on my RD1 dash to the left of the steering wheel. I find the pic later, but it looks factory.

yes. on a RD2 the bumper has to come off... first gens have it easier
for the wiring set up on my haloz (not installed yet) it will hook up directly to the headlight switch. that, to me seems more logical... i may end up changing it to switches though... thats when i'll try to get creative.

My haloz are not yet installed either.
Oh, and BTW, Chris/Blacktibs has a RD2 dash. NOT RD1.
But I used some black laminated plywood overlayed with Carbon Fiber, and replaced my cupholder with a set of 7 switches. I'll have to re-upload a pic of my set up, later tonight when I get home.

David is gathering my factory switches as we speak. I am using the dead panel on the left side of the steering wheel for my switches. Going for the factory look.
