first of all i have already searched on this topic and found nothing...

i recently bought the guages that hdkautosport sells..

the rest pin on the stock gauges are like glued to themm...do i take them off..and somehow glue them onto my regular guages?..right now my speedo and tach have no rest pin so when the car is on they just kinda sag down but once i put the car back on the go to 0 on the speedo and about 800-900 on the tach..so do i really need the rest pin? my fuel needle seems to be alright and my temp seems to be alright so far.one thing that is bothering me..it seems when i slow down that is takes a lil longer for the speedo needle to go down..i dunno if it has always done this and i never noticed it berfore or what..my lil bro and friend says everything seems normal....

other then that..they look awesome!!!!!!
