I need good battery terminals. I've got 8 wires running to my battery. Can someone recommend a good terminal to me? I've seen the type where you screw the wires into holes on the terminals before, but i cannot find any. Where can i buy some good terminals?

I'm in the same boat as you... seems like I'm on a never-ending quest for a good set of terminals. I've gone through 3 pos terminals, and 2 negs now. They either corrode, the hex screws strip, or they just plain don't hold the wires. I'm thinking some type of distribution block for all my accessories is the next step for this year. I'll bee watching this thread for what other people say too.

Autozone carries a variety of them, no clue as to quality though.

Why not custom distribution blocks for both terminals? It'll keep the weight of the wires off the terminals and you can add as many wires you need.

There isn't a local car audio shop around you guys?

Or you could use the spare terminals on your battery. You have 2 of them sitting there not being used at all in those pics still.

We told you that last time.

^^ i would perfer to go with distribution blocks. I would like to get a good price on them. I FULLY plan on taking advantage of my terminal wingnuts, I just need some better terminals before i start re-arranging them.

No matter what I do to the current terminals, it's still going to look junky.

What size wire do you need the termnials for? I think I may have a few tsunami's sitting around.

Do a quick Ebay search for terminals or distribution blocks, you'll see a TON of nice ones that'll fit what you need.

I used two of those gold tsunami's they sell at autozone, look great and haven't corroded AT ALL!!! and they've been in use for a couple years now. I swapped them out when I gave myself a nice cut with the old stock ones.

What guage is the stock wire? I was at Pepboys and saw those tsunami ones but it has room for 1 "0 guage" 1 "4 guage" and 2 "8 guage" I wasn't sure what the stock wiring for the car would take up. I've been told those tsunami's are pretty good from a friend that used to be heavily into car audio.
