Firewall grommets
Are there any grommets in the firewall that I can easily push a 0 gauge power wire through, or will I have to drill a new hole and install a rubber grommet myself?

0AWG is pushing it (no pun intended); I got a 4AWG wire through a grommet in there somewhere and it sucked. If I had known about the option to go through the fender at the time, I would never have bothered with the firewall.
You will be much happier if you go through the inside of the fender. There's even a huge hole right by the battery to get into the fender.

cleanest way is in this area i did for my gauges. once you have drilled a hole ( double walled structure in that area FYI) you can route through a hole down in the driver footwell. you will see what hole we are talking about on the inside once you stick your head in there, can't miss it.
