how can i get that nice smooth finish to my interior...i'm fiberglassing the whole thing and need to find an easier way then sanding down the resin till its all smooth....anyone know where to get poly-fair at a good price or if i'd be able to gelcoat it and how would i go about it??

mud..... use mud.. to fill in cracks, holes, or anything else to fix.. it also tightens it up... use it to like a filler and you can get it from pep boys or home depot or lowes.. but i get all my supplies from a distributor..

is that the name of it??...i just need something to take out the waves and stuff in the top coat of resin

from what I know about doing glass.. the only thing that takes out waves is good old fashioned sanding.. the smoother you put it on, the less you have to do.. but there is always some that needs to be done.

well i know that they sell a polyester filler called poly fair but i can only find it in 5 gallons buckets and a little high in price....but thanx for the input

i'll have to look into the mud stuff that supermanshark suggested

Don't they have primer filler anymore? In a spray can.

Spray it, let it dry then sand it down, spray it again, repeat as many times as you like

Fills it in and primes it at the same time.

yea but if you use that spray paint in a can...i dont think is compatible with regular automotive paint...something like that i was told anyhow
