now the interior piece where the latch is is fiberglassed in too, and there are no more pads by the lift struts...

Heres the problem, I'm always working back there and I've already chipped the paint at the front of it, so I was thinking why not incorperate my black/green theme into it, so I was thinking about doing black below the line on here... lol paint and laptop mouse FTL but I think it gives a general idea. I'd actually probably just lay vinyl over it because it would be more durable, dont have to worry about scratching.

What do you think?

depending on how you do the vynal it could look good. i would just make another pad like you have for your fender but have it diagram the system and how its wired

I think you should make the black more prodominant. Of course this looks sloppy because i spent 5 minutes on it.

So you think across the bottom where I drew it and the line in the middle? I could see that looking good.

I absolutely need it across the bottom, like I said I've already chipped the paint from working back there so much lol and I just painted it 3 days ago.
