ive got a 2 sets of el gauges but one inverter. so heres what it does, it only flickers on when switching between settings. ill upload a vid too!

does this indicate an inverter? also does it matter if one has the checker and the other one not, im asking if i have to order an inverter.

 

How are you powering the inverter?

 

The only EL set I ever personally used would always cut out. But it was because of how it was hooked up. Make sure they have a good power and ground source first of all.

 

ebay EL gauges FTL. i have had 3 sets go out on me within months. one in my bros car, two in my old tib..

 

I told you exactally what to do last night in the shoutbox.

Take them off that damn battery charger and hook them up to a car battery to test the inverter.

If the car battery does not work, buy a new EL inverter from e-bay.

 

well hooked ta a 12v sorce in the car, it wont do anything. hooked to a battery charger it only works when switching between charging amp settings.

im buying an inverter tomarrow
