Default dyno mats

hey, i just got a body kit on my 2k tib.
when i took off the rear to replace it with the new one, i noticed that there is no insolatoin on the new rear bumber... now my two 10" sound like crap... do u guys think that the sound could be totaly absorbet and leak to the out side of the car, and if yes can the dyno mats help????

What do I need to know about Dynamat and is it difficult to put in?

And since I'm looking to do as much as I can, should I look into the actual mats and how much would I need to do the floor/roof/trunk/hood?

Or should I maybe think about the liquid stuff?
