There's a world of premade LED stuff out there... Anything you can think of. LED bulbs, Wedges, bars, bendable tubes, breakable lines.... It's all on e-bay.
I saw some spinning, flashing corner and brake lights for our cars.... Not that I'd want them, but it sounds cool as hell.

Also, if you'd like, I can draft out some CAD circular circuit boards. I believe it would be 100 Printed Circuit Boards for $5/each. They like to do it in bulk when they do CNC PCBs. I could do the soldering for the LEDs and resistors as well. I think I could have these made for $25 shipped a piece.

You should also know that $5 is a guestimate based on a project I was trying to do about 2 years ago. I didn't actually get a quote from a company on that.
