I've heard some people say when your plugged in the sound quality is better. Do you guys see a noticeable difference if you play the same exact song on my phone connected with Bluetooth vs if it was connected by USB cable? Or is it not really noticeable?

 

Only if one component is utter crap or failing. In a car on the road, even with terrible components, you will be hard pressed to tell the difference.
