doesnt seem that bad to do yourself.
my friend had this installed on her integra after it was stolen 3 times.
until the time she sold it she never had a problem again, not to say that the sole reason was this ignition cut off, but it seemed to do the job.

Looks like a decent writeup. Everything looks in order. Most automotive relays are rated for 30A. Our starter can pull up to 90a. Don't break the starter circuit without a 90A rated relay. you should break the hot-at-on power to the ECU, but the immobilizer may decide to stop working while you're driving. This could be complicated.

The starter wires under the dash don't go directly to the starter obviously. They go to a big ass relay, so there's very little current in those wires, so you can safely relay them.
