I know of a way that you can get these made. I used to work at a large sign shop and they had a 5' x 10' computer controlled router for signs and what not. We used to cut diamond deck plating all of the time and the router gives really nice clean cuts and it easily radiuses the corners. The web address is www.craftsmenind.com. I can help with getting the shape files for you. I'm not sure how much they would charge but it might not actually be that bad since they carry deck plating in stock. Craftsmen Industries is out of St. Louis but if you want to go with some one closer I recommend looking in the phone book and trying to find a large sign company that might have this type of large router. Good luck!

so far this is the cheapest place I've found on the net for 1/8" diamond aka tread plate. tread plate

Here's a small "How-to" on making your own floormats..it's for a Miata so you may need more aluminum than 3'x3'

QUOTE
I know BatLord has them, and Kore was considering carrying them/having them made...

Yep I had mine but they were universal, and too much flow so I didn't buy them, I borrowed them from a vendor at NOPI Nationals cause I was in the UR booth and didn't want stock carpets... lol

but by Friday of this week I should have the first set of KORE MATS and yes, the name "KORE" have been laser cut into the carpets and are pre-bent for our cars, the accent carpets are being made at the moment and shouldn't be long...

Sorry Yam, just posting cause it was asked... thanks guys any more info just email me, nope we have no price set yet

Just sit them down and try not to shuffle your feet too much
