You can either use your factory brackets to mount it or im pretty sure you can buy a kit for it. I work at bestbuy in the install bay and pretty sure I saw a install kit for 2000-2001 Tibby. We just do them with the factory brackets. For my new deck however, I had to make some custom brackets for it because it stuck out 2 far with the factory ones. My first deck fit fine with the factory brackets.
