Damn, hit a block in the road...
I know where everything goes now.. I'm still kinda looking for the bolts on the seats for a ground, but one thing has me.. and entrance through the firewall... where do you run the cable that goes from the battery to the amp [mines in the trunk]?

I posted a pick of an unused firewall grommet about 4 days ago. You can use that, but it is fairly far away from the battery.
Your other options are to use the stock wiring grommets behind the dash, or in the drivers side fenderwell. Or just run it under the car and drill a hole into the trunk.
