KRYLON spray cans
go to auto zone
they have some for like 3 bucks
i suggest you buy primer and clear coat as well
use one layer of primer
as many layers of the paint you want
1 coat of clear coat,... to much will blind you while your driving

Instructions.

TEST REGULAR PAINT COMPATABLITY WITH PRIMER AND CLEAR COAT before you do anything. Test with a piece of 'scrap' practice.
Remove interior bits
wash in harsh dish detergent such as DAWN or normal dish detergent with a tad of simple green dropped into water.
Rinse throughly
sand all parts with 600 or 800 grit sandpaper, just enough to remove the shine and give the new paint something to grip to
Rinse all parts again, scrub with plastic bristle brush to make sure you remove all sanding dust
allow to dry
Paint with "automotive primer"
Allow primer to dry per instructions between coats.
allow primer to dry when done before painting with regular paint
apply regular paint per paint instructions
allow paint to dry between coats per instructions
allow paint to dry before doing clear per paint instructions
apply clear coat
allow clearcoat to dry between coats per instructions
allow clearcoat to dry before re-installing in car
re-install parts on car
