Ummmm....

Which car MP3 player are you referring to?

I have an Aiwa CDC-MP3, one of the first models with MP3 capabilities and it still runs great.

I'd have to hear it before purchasing one but who wouldn't want 40GB of music at their fingertips in their car?

I would think twice about getting it.....granted i do not know much about this unit, but I would want that thing to be a solid state harddrive.....normal Hard drives ave spinning things and arms that move around SUPER fast imagine all that happening in the back of your car.......if it was solidstate personal if i could afford it i would splurge........i got enough gigs to fill that thing at least 3 times....LOL.....that hting is pretty new.....I remember they tried to make an in dash version that was a pull out and plugged right into usb like this one, but it was the entire stereo....it never made it .....GREAT idear but needs work

Yeah but the Music Keg is WAY over-priced. smile.gif

40gb of music I would be set. I'd have to borrow music from friends just to fill it up.

tibinprog the no moving parts are you talking about the kenwood or this one..cause under gen features it states "Operates with a 3.5" IDE hard-drive" that's what laptops have.....god knows i have had enough of those bastages go down........

eek! eek! if it it did operate on a laptop hard drive then buy the 20gig one and then upgrade a couple years down the line when they have 200g 3.5" hdd's out......it says ide interface so it would be plug and play i guess........KOOL

$400 for 20gig is not that bad
